EVERLASTING COLE SLAW 
1 lg. head cabbage, shredded
1 lg. onion, diced fine
1 lg. bell pepper, diced

Mix following ingredients and bring to a boil: 1 c. oil 1/2 c. white vinegar 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. celery seed Salt to taste

Pour over cabbage, onion and green pepper. Put into jars; store in refrigerator. Keeps for 30 days.
