SPICED PECANS 
1 egg white
1 tbsp. cold water
1 lb. pecan halves
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat egg white with water until frothy. Add pecans and coat well. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in medium sized bowl. Add nuts and mix well until well coated.

Bake on buttered cookie sheet in 225°F oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool, store tightly covered. Good Snacking.
