CHOP SOUPY 
1 lb. round steak cut in strips
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms or 4 oz. can, drained
1/2 c. green onions, sliced
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1 can beef broth or onion soup

Brown meat. Combine ingredients and simmer until meat is tender. Then add 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 1/2 cup water to thicken. Serve over rice.
