CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can peas
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 can pinto beans
1 can green chilies
2 pkgs. cornbread mix
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown meat in large skillet and drain fat. Add all other ingredients and stir well. Spoon mixture out into large casserole dish. Prepare cornbread mix as directions indicate. Pour over the meat mixture and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, or until cornbread is done.
