CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
1 (8.5 oz.) pkg. chocolate wafers
6 tbsp. melted butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. brandy (optional)
3 eggs
8 oz. sour cream

Crush wafers and mix with melted butter; pat into a 9 x 13-inch spring-form pan, leaving a 1-inch space at top. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Beat cream cheese, sugar and brandy until smooth. Add chocolate chips and 3 eggs, 1 at a time. Add sour cream; mix until smooth. Pour into pan.

Bake at 375°F for 1 hour. Cool on rack.
