LUNZA 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion
Salt
Pepper
Frozen bread dough

Brown hamburger add onion. Shred cabbage with a knife. It doesn't have to be real fine. Cook till juice is cooked off cabbage. If takes longer drain in colander well. Cool. Take thawed bread dough size of tangerine and roll on lightly floured board 1/8 inch thick. Put 2 tablespoon filling on dough. Pull up 4 corners and pinch sides, shut. Place lunza in well greased cake pan and let rise 1/2 hour. If dough pulls a part pinch together again. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
