CHILI 
1 lb. hamburger, browned and grease poured off
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can chili beans
Enough tomato sauce to make soupy (16 oz.)

Simmer for about 1 hour. Add chili powder, salt and pepper to taste. Serve with shredded sharp cheddar cheese and sour cream and saltines.
