PESTO 
1 c. fresh basil leaves
1/2 c. fresh parsley
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. pine nuts or walnuts
1 clove garlic
1/3 c. olive oil
Pinch of salt

Combine all ingredients except olive oil and process in blender until smooth. Add olive oil slowly through tube until mixture is consistency of butter. Toss with cooked hot pasta or spaghetti.
