FRESH VEGETABLE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) jar Roka bleu cheese spread
1 tbsp. onion, grated to taste
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. beef extract
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients. Dip is much better if it is refrigerated 24 hours before serving.
