RAISIN FILLED COOKIES 
2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. butter or Crisco
2 eggs
4 tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream tartar
Flour enough to roll
Cut with cutter

Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

FILLING:

2 c. ground raisins or mashed up
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water

Bring to boil and thicken with cornstarch. When cool. Spread between 2 cookies.
