3 tbsp. strawberry Jello
2 c. fresh strawberries
1 c. hot water
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Cook water, sugar, and cornstarch until clear and thick. Put strawberries into a baked pie shell. Pour syrup mixture over strawberries and chill. Serve with whipped cream. Can use fresh peaches instead of strawberries.
