FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. strawberry Jello
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Few drops red cake coloring to make pretty red
1 baked pie shell

Cook sugar, cornstarch and water until thick and clear. Remove from heat. Add red cake coloring and 4 tablespoons strawberry Jello, spoon a few spoonfuls of cooked mixture in bottom of cool pie shell. Line pie shell with whole strawberries. Pour rest of cooked mixture over the berries and refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.

NOTE: You may use other fruits. Just be sure and change color of cake coloring you use.
