1 lb. pizza sausage
3/4 c. onion
3 c. baking mix
1 1/2 c. water
1 can pizza sauce
2 c. Mozzarella cheese

TOPPINGS (OPTIONAL) :

1 c. ripe olives
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 green pepper

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch. Cook sausage with onion in skillet. Drain. Mix baking mix and water until moistened; spread in pan. Spread pizza sauce over batter. Top with sausage, toppings and cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. 12 servings.
