1 or 2 chickens, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can red wine
1 can Marsala wine
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup

Put chicken, skin side up, in broiling pan. Mix other ingredients together in pan and spread over chicken. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour, then at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Added Zest: Add 1 pound sweet sausage for last 45 minutes and another pan in oven. When chicken is done, slice in.
