CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
3 c. or more cooked, diced chicken
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice, cooked as per pkg. directions
1 jar chipped pimentos
1 can French-style green beans, drained
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, sliced

Mix all ingredients; pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve.
