CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
3 c. or more cooked diced chicken
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice, cooked
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 jar chopped pimentos
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients; pour into 3 quart casserole. Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
