PECAN PIE 
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jello pudding mix, vanilla (not instant)
1 egg
1 c. Karo syrup
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 9" pie shell, unbaked

Mix all ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
