MOM'S EASY REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 
2 c. warm water
2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
6 1/2 - 7 c. flour
1 egg
1/4 c. shortening

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt, 1/2 of the flour; mix well until smooth. Add egg and shortening; mix well. Gradually add the remaining flour until smooth and not sticky. Cover with a damp cloth and put in refrigerator overnight or for at least 8 hours.

Shape into biscuits or roll out and sprinkle with butter, sugar and cinnamon and roll, cut for sweet rolls. Buns bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Sweet rolls bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 25 large rolls.
