POTATO AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
6 lg. potatoes
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 lb. grated cheese
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/4 stick butter
Salt to taste

Peel and slice potatoes. Place potatoes and onion in pot and cover with water. Bring to boil and cook 10 minutes. Drain well. Place in baking dish and pour over other ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 to 375 degrees until cheese melts and potatoes are done.
