POTATO CHEESE BAKE 
4 lg. baking potatoes (baked and warm)
1/2 c. sour cream
4 to 6 tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cooked, crumbled bacon
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. seasoning salt
3/4 c. diced cheddar cheese

Scoop out potatoes from shell into a large mixing bowl. Beat in sour cream, butter, milk, salt and pepper. Add additional milk if necessary. Fold in cheese and bacon. Spoon into buttered casserole. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
