3-4 c. zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1 sm. onion, diced
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. grated cheese
1-2 tsp. parsley
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix well. Grease 12 inch glass pie dish. Pour mixture into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (Glass dish 325 degrees for 45 minutes; 15 minutes at 350 degrees.)
