BEEF BURGUNDY (CROCKPOT) | |
1 lb. beef sirloin cubes, raw 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 of 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained 1 clove garlic, minced (or amount of garlic powder to equal 1 clove) 1/4 c. red wine Combine all ingredients. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. |
