JOHNNY MARZETTI 
8 oz. noodles, cooked
1 lb. ground beef
1 stalk celery, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
1 can cream of tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom sup
1/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook noodles until tender; drain. Brown meat with celery, onion, and green pepper. Combine noodles and ground beef mixture; stir in soups. Place in casserole and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
