RHUBARB CRUNCH PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, beaten
2 c. rhubarb, cut up fine

Put above mixture in unbaked pie shell.

CRUMBS (to put on top) :
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
