CHICKEN & ? 
Favorite noodles or dumpling recipe
3 lb. chicken, cut in bite-sized pieces
2 whole onions, chopped
4 tbsp. butter
7 c. cold water
2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon or broth
2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 carrots, cut in 1" circles
2 stalks celery, cut in 1" diagonals
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

In a large pan, melt butter, brown chicken and onions until golden. Add water, salt, pepper and chicken flavor. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add carrots and celery; cook, covered, until chicken and vegetables are done (40 minutes). Skim off fat from broth. Boil, add noodles or dumplings and cook until al dente. Ladle into soup bowls and garnish with fresh parsley. Makes 4-6 servings.
