CHICKEN PAPRIKA WITH DUMPLINGS 
2 tbsp. oil
1 to 1 1/2 boneless chicken, cut in sm. pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 pepper, green or red, chopped
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon
2 tbsp. paprika
1 c. sour cream

DUMPLINGS:

3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. water
2 c. flour
Salt, if desired

Heat oil, saute chicken pieces. Add onion, pepper, tomato, water, bouillon and paprika. Simmer for approximately 20 minutes. Prepare dumplings while chicken simmers. Mix eggs, water and flour, drop dough into boiling water and cook 10 minutes. Drain. (Dumplings are chewy, not tender like egg noodles.) If you're in a hurry, substitute homemade noodles for packaged noodles. Add dumplings to chicken mixture. Stir in sour cream, heat just until hot. Serve. Enjoy!
