PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated)
3/4 to 1 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. Bisquick baking mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixer bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth. Add Bisquick mix; mix well. Chill at least 1 hour. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with fork. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until light browned (do not overbake). Cool. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
