INDIAN (CORN) BREAD 
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. milk

Sift flour, cornmeal, salt and sugar into bowl. Add eggs and sour cream and beat until smooth. Dissolve baking soda in milk. Add to previous mixture and stir well. Pour into greased 12 inch loaf pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean and bread is lightly browned. Bake at 400 degrees in preheated oven.
