TASTY VEGETABLE COMBO | |
16 oz. bag frozen vegetable combination, thawed and drained 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese 1/3 c. sour cream 4 oz. jar diced pimiento, drained (optional) 10-3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup 1/4 tsp. pepper 2.8 oz. can Durkee French fried onions Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions. Pour into shallow 1 quart casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake uncovered 5 minutes or until golden. Serves 6. |
