TOMATOES PROVENCAL 
6 beefsteak tomatoes
1/3 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. finely chopped green onions
2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice or wine vinegar

Arrange tomatoes on a flat serving dish. Combine the remaining ingredients to make a dressing and dribble over the tomatoes. Allow to stand 15 minutes or more before serving.
