OVEN-FRIED POTATOES | |
8 lg. unpeeled baking potatoes, each cut in 8 wedges 1/2 c. oil 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. each garlic powder and paprika 1/4 tsp. pepper Prepare potatoes and mix oil baste. Start to bake 45 minutes before serving. Arrange potato wedges, peel side down in shallow baking pan. Mix ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, brushing occasionally with oil mixture. 8 servings. |
