1 bag frozen cubed potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. of mayonnaise
1/2 cup roasted chopped green chili
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Combine all ingredients listed above.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
