EASY PIE CRUST 
This pie crust is quick and delicious.

2/3 c. cooking oil
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. boiling water

Mix above ingredients. Add pinch of salt and sugar and 2 1/2 cups of flour (or until desired consistency). Flour rolling surface and rolling pin. When dough is rolled to desired thickness, fold dough for ease in handling when transferring to pie dish.
