EASY PIE CRUST 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. ice water

Sift flour. Add salt to flour. Blend with fork. Add water, blending until mixture just holds together. Roll out on floured board. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or fill with filling and bake according to directions of filled pie.
