EASY PIE CRUST 
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. cold milk

Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add oil and milk together, stirring until dough almost cleans side of bowl. Gather dough together; press firmly into ball. Flatten and place between 2 (15 inch) strips of waxed paper. Roll pastry to fit pie pan. Peel off top paper. Place pastry paper side up in pan. Peel off paper. Trim pastry to fit pan. To bake, empty shell prick often with fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
