EASY CRANBERRY NUT PIE (NO
CRUST)
 
2 c. rinsed cranberries
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter

Grease a 9 or 10-inch pie pan (deep, if possible). Put cranberries into pie plate. Add mixture of walnuts and sugar. Beat well the eggs and 1 cup sugar. Add flour and melted butter. Pour over the berries, sugar and nuts. Bake 45-50 minutes at 325 degrees. Serve hot with cream or ice cream, if desired.
