NO CRUST CRANBERRY PIE | |
2 c. cranberries 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. chopped nuts, pecans or walnuts 2 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 c. flour 1/2 c. melted butter Grease 9" pie plate; set aside. Spread berries in bottom of plate. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and nuts. Beat 2 eggs and add 1 cup sugar, flour and butter. Pour over berries. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. |
