SOUTHWESTERN CHILI 
1 lb. lean ground beef
3 (15 oz.) cans Hunts sm. red beans
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. water
1 lg. onion, diced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2-3 tbsp. chili powder

Brown ground beef and onion together in a large kettle. Drain. Add beans with its liquid, tomato paste, water, bell pepper, garlic, salt, and amount of chili powder depending on desired "hotness". Simmer for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
