VERMICELLI AND STEAK 
1 lb. cube or sandwich steak
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 box vermicelli
2 tbsp. oil
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes or whole tomato, cut up
1 tsp. sugar
Salt
Pepper

Cut steak into 1 inch pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet and brown steak. In another skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil and brown vermicelli, stirring continuously. To tomatoes, add sugar. Add tomatoes to browned vermicelli and browned steak. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover with tight lid and lower heat; let steam 15 to 20 minutes. Vermicelli should be bitty.
