MEXICAN-BISCUIT CASSEROLE 
1 env. taco seasoning
1 lb. hamburger
15 oz. tomato sauce
1 pkg. Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits
1/3 lb. grated cheese

Brown ground beef and drain. Mix ground beef, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning in 9 x 9 inch glass pan. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Top with flattened biscuits. Bake in preheated oven following baking instructions on biscuit package.

I cook it a little longer to make sure biscuits are well done.
