2 tbsp. cold water
1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice

Mix and coat:

1 c. walnuts
1 c. pecans
1 c. blanched almonds

Or use any kind of nuts.
