SUGAR NUT COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream

FILLING:

1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts or black walnuts

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat thoroughly. Add flour and dry ingredients. Add sour cream in thirds alternately with dry ingredients, beating until smooth after each addition.

Spread 1/2 batter in greased 9x12x2 pan. Sprinkle half filling mix over the batter in pan. Spread remaining batter on top of pan, then sprinkle remaining filling mix on top. Bake about 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
