SEAFOOD STUFFED POTATOES 
4 lg. baking potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. butter
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. onion, grated
1 c. cheese, grated
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
Paprika

Bake potatoes until well done. Cut in half lengthwise; scoop out potato, reserving shells. Place pulp, milk, butter, salt and pepper in bowl and whip until fluffy. Add onion, cheese and crab meat and mix well. Spoon into shells. Place on cookie sheet; sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
