SOUR CREAM NOODLE BAKE 
1 pkg. noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cans tomato sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Cook noodles, meanwhile brown meat with onions in butter, then add salt and pepper, garlic powder, and one can tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour off excess fat. Mix cottage cheese, sour cream and the drained noodles. Alternate layers of noodle mixture and meat mixture in a 9 x 13 Pyrex, beginning with noodle mixture. Top with one remaining can of tomato sauce and grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
