1/4 lb. butter 6 eggs 1 c. flour 1 c. milk Cut up the butter and place in a 13 x 9 inch casserole. Put the casserole in the lower level of a 425 degree oven and heat until butter is bubbly (not browned). Remove the casserole and pour in the remaining ingredients mixed together. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. (It will rise high around the edges.) Serve with warm maple syrup. Serves 6. |
