ECLAIR'S CAKE 
1 box graham crackers
2 sm. boxes vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip
3 1/2 c. cold milk

ICING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. butter
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. milk or cream

Line 13 x 9 inch pan with graham crackers. Mix pudding with milk until thick. Add Cool Whip and blend well. Spread a layer of the mixture on the graham crackers. Continue to layer, ending with crackers on top.

Mix icing ingredients. Spread on top of crackers. Refrigerate. Best if allowed to set overnight.
