CHINESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. round steak or any kind of meat
1/2 c. raw rice
1 can chicken and rice soup
1 can water
1 chopped onion
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown meat and put in casserole with the other ingredients. Bake in oven at 350 degrees, covered, for 40 minutes. Take out and add 1 package frozen peas and 1 cup chopped celery. Cover and cook 20 minutes more. Serve with canned noodles and soy sauce.
