BEEF KABOBS 
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. catsup
3 tbsp. tarragon leaves
2 lbs. sirloin steak
Mushrooms
Onions
Green peppers

Combine red wine vinegar, vegetable oil, catsup and tarragon leaves. Mix well. Cut sirloin steak into 1 inch cubes and place in marinade for 1 hour. Put on skewers with the onions, mushrooms and green peppers. Broil or grill, brushing with marinade.
