1 chicken cooked and deboned
1/2 onion
1 recipe of Rotel
1 lg. pkg. plain Doritos
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

The recipe is better if you dilute the soup with chicken broth. You can layer all this. Make sure Doritos come out on top layer and pour some Rotel and soup mixture over the very top. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
