PLUM NUTTY CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cooking oil
3 lg. eggs
2 jars plum tapioca pudding
2 c. self rising flour
1 c. nuts, crushed
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. cloves

Cream sugar and oil, add eggs, then plum pudding, then flour mixed with spices, add nuts last. Cook in tube or bundt pan 10 minutes at 400 degrees and 50 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool in pan 5 minutes.

GLAZE: (if wanted)
Juice of 2 lemons
1 c. of 10x sugar
